3. Wellness and Medical Disclaimer

8. Orders

An order is considered placed when you complete the checkout process.

An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where:

• Payment cannot be verified.
• Fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.
• The shipping address is incomplete or unserviceable.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by SophEva, the amount collected for the cancelled item will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Pricing and Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Applicable GST and other statutory taxes shall be charged as required under Indian law and will be reflected during checkout and on the tax invoice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts and the final payable amount will be displayed during checkout.

We may change product prices, promotional offers or shipping charges at any time. Such changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Discount codes:

• Must be used within their stated validity period.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• May be subject to minimum order requirements.
• May not be combined unless expressly permitted.
• May be cancelled if obtained or used fraudulently.

10. Payments

SophEva reserves the right to cancel any transaction suspected to be fraudulent, unauthorised or in violation of applicable law.

Available payment methods may include:

• UPI.
• Net banking.
• Wallets.
• Other payment methods displayed during checkout.

SophEva does not directly store your complete card, UPI PIN or internet-banking credentials.

Your payment may also be subject to the payment gateway’s separate terms, privacy policy and security processes.

An order may be placed on hold or cancelled if payment is unsuccessful, reversed, disputed or not confirmed.

11. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be offered only for selected locations or orders.

Where available:

• Additional charges may apply.
• The customer must provide a valid mobile number and delivery address.
• SophEva may verify the order before dispatch.
• Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in restriction of this facility for future purchases.

The availability of Cash on Delivery may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped according to our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Courier delays.

• Public holidays.
• Government restrictions.
• Transport disruptions.
• Incorrect customer information.
• Remote or unserviceable locations.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, address, postal code and contact number.

SophEva will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

13. Inspection Upon Delivery

You should inspect the package as soon as it is delivered.

Do not accept a package that appears visibly opened, severely damaged or tampered with, wherever refusal is reasonably possible.

Issues involving damaged, missing, defective or incorrectly supplied products must be reported within the period specified in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

We may ask for:

• The order number.
• Photographs of the outer packaging.
• Photographs of the shipping label.
• Photographs of the affected product.
• A clear unpacking video where reasonably available.
• Any other information needed to investigate the claim.

14. Cancellations, Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Cancellations, replacements, returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Because SophEva products may include consumable, ingestible, personal-wellness or hygiene-sensitive items, opened or used products are generally not returnable unless they are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise eligible under applicable law.

Approval of a replacement or refund may depend on verification of the claim and supporting evidence.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights available to consumers under applicable law.

15. Digital Content and Wellness Resources

Digital content is licensed, not sold. Purchase of digital content grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence for personal use only.
