About this ingredient
Myo-inositol is a naturally occurring form of inositol found in the human body and in a variety of foods. It is included as one of the principal ingredients in SophEva Sunrise Sync. Each serving provides the amount declared on the product label as part of the complete morning formulation. It is included alongside D-chiro-inositol in a 40:1 ratio (myo-inositol to D-chiro-inositol).
